Company Overview
Jiangsu Zilong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Was established in March 2020. Located in beautiful Suzhou, close to Shanghai, the factory covers an area of 28, 000 square meters.

We are a high-tech production enterprise integrating R& D, design, production, sales and service. The main products are: new energy vehicle charging product series (gun/seat/mode 2/wiring harness/control unit), auto molds and injection molding products.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The Management Department of our company relies on the company's integrated precision manufacturing service system-covering product design, structural R&D, precision manufacturing, and timely delivery-to ensure excellence in every link and meet customers' pursuit of high quality and high efficiency. The department controls the source through supplier evaluation, ensures incoming material traceability through material inspection records, covers the entire manufacturing process with quality management processes, and guarantees qualified release through finished product inspection methods.

1:Terminal crimping: process control (first-piece, patrol, and last-piece confirmation process; inspection items: cross-section analysis, pull force test, dimensional measurement, temperature rise detection). 2:Screw tightening: process control (first-piece confirmation: torque calibration instrument inspection, intelligent tightening system). 3:Performance testing: process control (test system sets test parameters, intelligent test judgment, password lock on the NG system, GO/NO-GO sample verification, and withstand voltage item spot-check confirmation).
